How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
What are the delivery charges?
The current delivery fee for your location is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only available payment method.
Can I return a damaged book?
Yes. If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. The book must be unused with original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, our support team will call you to arrange delivery. You can also view your order history from your account profile.
Do you sell books outside Bangladesh?
Currently we deliver only within Bangladesh. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned.
I can't find a specific book. Can you source it?
Absolutely. Use the Request a Book form on the contact page and we'll do our best to source it for you.
