We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Orders are dispatched from our Dhaka warehouse within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Inside Dhaka: typically 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days depending on courier availability.

The current Inside Dhaka and Outside Dhaka delivery charges are shown clearly during checkout before you place the order.

Letter House does not currently apply an automatic free-delivery threshold.

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong title, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. The book must be in unused condition with original packaging.

For hygiene and readability reasons, we do not accept returns on books with visible signs of use, broken spines, or marked pages. Digital or special-order titles are also non-returnable.
